1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cccjl", "we", "us", "our" refers to the cccjl online gaming platform accessible at cccjl.net and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the cccjl platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the cccjl platform.
• "Platform" means the cccjl website, mobile-optimised site, games lobby, and all related services.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, bingo room, slot game, live dealer game, or sabong event made available through cccjl.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive granted by cccjl to a Player.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or any other approved payment method.
• "Applicable Law" means the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including relevant PAGCOR regulations and guidelines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and cccjl. By registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform in any way, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Your acceptance also extends to the following supplementary policies, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms:

• The cccjl Privacy Policy
• The cccjl Responsible Gaming Policy
• Any game-specific rules published within the Platform
• Any promotional terms associated with a Bonus offer you elect to accept

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.

3 Eligibility

In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a resident of or legally accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a cccjl employee.
• You are not accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or as part of a syndicate.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the cccjl Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud.

cccjl reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in Account suspension until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated on an Account that is subsequently found to belong to an underage player will be forfeited in full.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the cccjl Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, cccjl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, retain any balances, and permanently ban the associated identity from the Platform.

4.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. cccjl may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your cccjl login credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify cccjl support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

cccjl will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from cccjl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.

4.4 KYC Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under Applicable Law, cccjl may require you to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and/or source of funds documentation. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cccjl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following approved methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at cccjl's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱100
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to your Account tier and applicable daily limits as published in the Platform.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 30 seconds of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. cccjl is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

5.4 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy

For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the cccjl compliance team following a verified request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on cccjl are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have a verified Account in good standing.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable requirement will be stated clearly on each promotion's terms page.
• cccjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are credited in PHP at the exchange rate applicable at the time of credit.
• Free bets and free spins have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another player or account.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, VPNs, or coordinated betting — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the cccjl Platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, sports betting, and sabong — are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live-streamed from regulated studios and arenas. Game outcomes are determined independently of cccjl's servers.

By participating in any Game, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the rules of the Game before placing a wager.
• The outcome of all Games is determined by chance or skill as applicable, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage applicable to each slot game is published within the game's information panel.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the relevant game variant as displayed at the table.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. Bets placed before an odds change will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time of placement.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a Game session that materially affects the result, cccjl reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the Player's Account balance. cccjl's decision in such matters is final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cccjl Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account under a false identity.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or glitches — including reporting found exploits to third parties instead of cccjl.
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with cccjl.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cccjl staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform or its underlying software.

9 Responsible Gaming

cccjl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible through your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cccjl Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface design, software, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of cccjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any cccjl content without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use the cccjl brand name, logo, or trademarks in any marketing, advertising, or promotional material without written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, cccjl shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, revenue, profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the use of your Account credentials by an unauthorised third party, where such use was made possible by your failure to secure your credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information published on the Platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits cccjl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. cccjl's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money funds deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

cccjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic of the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The full details of how we handle your personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations.

13 Amendments to These Terms

cccjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with cccjl informally by contacting our support team. cccjl commits to responding to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.
